PSP Type B Issue resolved

If you have been wondering why you cannot connect your psp as usb type b I might have your solution here. If you have downgraded your psp using older downgraders and not the pandora method you most likely have corrupted keys. The keys became all scrambled on TA-82/86 motherboards back when these downgraders first came about. As ingenious as this method was it ended up leaving things a little unfinished. Some of these keys are responsible for correctly recognizing your device as a psp when you hook it up to your computer. I struggled for quite a long time to find a reasonable solution but it seems that most people don’t care. If you googled this you might have thought this was a vista issuse but it is not.
