Aiptek A-HD+ Camera Review.
Apr
Have you ever heard the term you get what you pay for. Well in the case of the Aiptek A-HD+ its not what your probably thinking. What you get is a very affordable HD camcorder which is capable of capturing 1080P at 30fps as well as 720P at 60fps. It has a smart user interface

, with simple navigation controls. Which looks similar to sony’s XMB. You can pretty much pick it up and start using it, you might also want to pick up a large memory card for this thing because the internal memory 90MB Nand is pretty much for you to just get a feel of how things work. It supports up to 32GB SDHD so memory shouldn’t be a problem. Has a place for a tripod on the bottom also. Don’t expect to go make a Cloverfield remake with this camera its not professional and has its cons.

Here are some of its cons, it has an extremely plastic feeling I mean the whole camera even the lens is made out of some type of plastic. What does this mean well it means that it will scratch very easily with out you having to do much to it. Make sure you get a carrying case for it to protect its life span. Don’t forget to also use the lens cap you don’t want to have a scratched lens. No image stabilization for you shaky hands out there but if you get something like a gorillapod trust me you will be straight. So maybe in the long run you might have to spend a few more bucks getting accessories. Well you would have to do the same thing with a more expensive camera. So in the long run if you need a small light weight HD camera so you can use it to film your trips and family this is so perfect. If you want to go into Hollywood with this camera ummm then I don’t know what to tell you.
